Shipping policy

Orders ship every Tuesday. Any orders placed before 6:00 AM EST on Tuesday morning will ship that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Tuesday. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. All orders are packed with dry ice using FedEx and UPS Overnight and 2-Day shipping services.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping for all orders. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aksalmonco.com with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.
