Refund policy
Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Credits
If you are dissatisfied with our seafood for any reason, please contact us at info@aksalmonco.com within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the seafood at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that product or provide you with Credits that will automatically be applied to future deliveries.
We may require the return or photo documentation of any product or seafood that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund, replacement, or Credit.
Credits only remain available one year from the date issued if you maintain a valid Alaskan Salmon account and an active Subscription. That means that if you cancel your Subscription any outstanding Credits associated with your cancelled subscription will immediately expire. You may only redeem Credits after they are applied to your Alaskan Salmon account. If for some reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at info@aksalmonco.com for Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Credit inquiries. All decisions regarding your Credit balance will be determined in our sole discretion and are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
